In the DAV URL field, paste the server address. In the Outlook folder field, select or create a calendar profile. In the Name field, give the profile a name. Select Generic CalDAV / CardDAV from the Profile type screen. In this tab, select Synchronization Profiles. You should see a new tab called CalDav Synchronizer. To subscribe to a Team Calendar in Microsoft Outlook: If you don’t add it to My Calendars, it won’t sync.īecause Microsoft Outlook supports calendar discovery, this will be your server address, not the URL of an individual calendar. You'll be able to choose which calendars (that you've added to My Calendars) to sync in the app. If prompted, add the calendar to My Calendars. In the Calendar app dropdown, select Microsoft Outlook (Windows desktop). Select the the More actions menu ( ) for your calendar in the side nav and choose Subscribe.
